Motivation
QoL, CI updates, other misc fixes.
Explanation of Changes
Use workspace for authors, website, edition, and rust version.
CI changes for checking minimal versions, the minimum rust version set is valid, and clippy.
The minimal versions check is set to always pass: it's a recommended check to have, but it is a touch unstable.
Update to rust 2024 edition.
Fix clippy issues.
CI now runs in parallel for each crate, and is less verbose via Matrix.
Testing
CI should pass.
